* A strict fund management framework designed to handle multi-million dollar asset operations

Depending on the operational phase, funds are managed under the following framework:

* During the beta phase, funds are directly managed through a 2-out-of-3 Gnosis Safe multisig controlled by core members.
* After approximately two weeks, the system will transition to off-chain operations, with execution managed by bots whose private keys are securely stored using a Key Management System (KMS)

At Berancia, security is a top priority. However, using the Vaults involves certain risks.

Financial Risks:

* During the beta phase, funds are managed via a 2-out-of-3 Gnosis Safe multisig.\
  Later, operations will transition to bots with keys secured by a Key Management System (KMS).
* There are operational risks, such as human errors or key management failures.\
  In off-chain operations, slippage during automatic compounding swaps may also affect performance.

Smart Contract Risks:

* Berancia Vault contracts are audited by Omniscia.\
  Still, smart contracts may carry unexpected vulnerabilities.
* Vaults interact with external protocols and could be impacted by their security standards.
